SiteCheck: run the job, the site and the money in one place
SiteCheck connects projects, site records, teams, costs and compliance in one construction operations platform — built in South Africa, priced in Rand.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly is SiteCheck?
SiteCheck is a construction operations platform. It holds your projects, quotes, invoices, payments, site records, documents and labour time in one system, so the office and the site are working off the same information.
Who is it built for?
Small and medium South African contractors — general builders, insurance repair contractors, maintenance companies and specialist subcontractors — particularly those currently running on spreadsheets, paper files and chat threads.
Is it built for insurance repair work?
Yes. The claim lifecycle is modelled end to end: intake, assessment, quote, authorisation, build, invoice, payment and reconciliation. It was built inside a working insurance repair business and is used on live claims daily.
Does it work in Rand?
Yes. Pricing, quoting, invoicing and reporting are in Rand throughout, with South African VAT handling. Nothing is converted from another currency.
Can my team use it on site?
Yes. Site staff install SiteCheck on their phone and use it to clock in and out with GPS and photo evidence, see their assigned projects, check their own hours and read messages from the office.
Can I sign up online today?
There is no public online sign-up. We agree your plan, rates and starting data with you directly, then provision the workspace.
What does it cost?
Founding plans range from R399 per month for Starter to R2,495 per month for Business, excluding VAT. A Free plan and Enterprise arrangements are also available, set up directly with you. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
Who can see my data?
Access is controlled by role, and each company's records are separated at the database level. Financial and admin surfaces are restricted to administrators. See the security page for detail.
