Frequently asked questions

Do new claims and quotes count toward my active projects?

No. Active projects are won work: jobs that are authorised or approved, or already in progress. New claims, assessment requests and quotes waiting for approval do not count, and completed work does not count. Like the rest of plan enforcement, this is applied during onboarding until automated enforcement is released.

Does the active-project limit include completed work?

No. Completed work does not count toward the active-project allowance. While subscribed, paying customers keep an unlimited completed-project count and never need to delete a record to start the next job.

What happens if I reopen a completed project?

Under the founding pricing policy, reopened operational work counts toward concurrent capacity again. If every slot is occupied, complete another project or move to a plan with more capacity. Enforcement is managed manually until automated entitlements are released.

Do subcontractors count as internal users?

The Contract Admin pack includes a project-bound subcontractor portal, available separate from the main office/field login. Subcontractor seats are arranged with you when the pack is set up.

Are the specialist discipline tools available now?

Yes. The tools are available — electrical, plumbing, roofing, aluminium and glazing, joinery and structural steel — and every output requires professional and supplier review; they do not design or certify anything. Discipline allocation is also available: tenant admins can self-service the selected disciplines within their plan's allowance, and governed workspace access checks the allocation. Automatic rate-card pricing exists today only for aluminium and joinery; the other four produce unpriced take-offs and are priced manually.

Can I connect Gmail?

Yes. Once linked, the Gmail connection pulls payment remittance attachments straight off incoming mail. It is set up with us directly during onboarding.

Can I subscribe online?

Not as a public self-service flow. Plans are set up directly with you: we agree your rates, users and starting data together, then provision the workspace. Plan changes are handled the same way.
